Our management team detail and outline all the aspects relating to your conference and provide you with all the information that you need to know. This includes the budget, schedule, transport and pre and post event leisure.
The conference team at EcoSouth Travel project manage the entire event and act as the liason officers between each individual entity involved in the conference including transport,catering, conference venue, technical teams and any other supplier involved in the successful operation of your conference.
Being on hand at all stages during the conceptulisation, planning and running of the event allows the EcoSouth team to take care of any possibilities that may arise. We are also able to supply you with up to date details on the conference should we see it necessary. A dedicated team oversees each conference for individual and personal attention to detail, allowing you to relax while the specific details of your conference are handled by our specialist team.

Each conference is allocated a dedicated web page with all the necessary information relating to that specific event. This supplies information regarding the venue, accommodation, transport, pre and post conference travel and general information on the area in which the conference takes place.
A specific map is also supplied on this web page detailing the conference centre in relation to accommodation, airports and focal features of the particular area that delegates will find useful.
Our on site management services extend to us acting as liason managers between all the sub contractors involved that includes catereing, technical hire companies and any other third party services offered.

On a limited basis (Currently only available in Cape Town) we are now proud to offer the very finest in environmentally responsible conferencing. This includes venues and accommodation choices that practice recycling, water and energy saving techniques as well as all the latest initiatives aimed at reducing the environmental impact of conferences.
Tradable Renewable Energy Certificates (TREC´s) are also available at certain venues which effectively allows businesses to procure all their energy needs for the conference from green and renewable energy sources. This green energy commitment prevents environmental damage as well as supports the growth and development of green power in Southern Africa, a region heavily dependant on dirty power sources such as coal.
